Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.

United States: Standard shipping is free. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after processing.

International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated transit time is 7–21 business days after processing. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or address issues. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address. If you need help with an order, email support@narcyclothing.com.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags. Final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. To request a return or exchange, email support@narcyclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees are not refundable.
